Acratex® Roof Sealer WB is a water based acrylic primer sealer supplied as a milky white solution which dries to a clear film. Used as primer/sealer for cleaned concrete tile surfaces in sound condition. Not suitable where the surface after high pressure washing is powdery or friable – Use Acratex® Roof Sealer SB in such cases.

As the surface area of a "profiled roof" is greater than equivalent flat roof surface, additional material should be allowed for.
Important: The integrity of the coating system relies on thorough surface preparation and consolidation of the substrate.
When severely weathered roof tiles are encountered, Dulux Acratex Primer Surfacer is recommended in lieu of Dulux Acratex Roof Sealer WB. When Chalking or Friable concrete tiles are encountered, Dulux Acratex Roof Sealer SB (Solvent Based) is recommend in leu of Dulux Acratex Roof Sealer WB
Product should be thoroughly mixed before use.

Apply one coat Dulux Acratex Prep Treat allow to dry minimum 2 hours.
Apply one coat by airless spray of Dulux Acratex Roof Sealer WB at a minimum coverage rate of 10 square metres per litre and allow to dry minimum 2 hours before top coating. For further details refer to:
