Read the SDS and TDS carefully prior to use as application or performance data may change from time to time. Pot life approx. 25 minutes. Actual quantity of sand depends on sand type and desired mix consistency.
Early development of initial hardness minimises maintenance disruption. Unaffected by a wide range of acids, alkalis and industrial chemicals. Up to 90 MPa compressive strength depending on mix consistency. Versatile mixing consistencies for a wide range of applications.
Before cleaning surface, chase cracks out using an angle grinder with a V segment blade attached to a depth of 10mm and width of 5mm. Using a general purpose cleaner and pressure cleaner, blast the cracks whilst acid washing and cleaning the concrete. Spread sand over the area to create a coarse key for overcoating.
Pour or trowel mixed repair mortar into prepared cracks. Clean fine sand can be added to produce epoxy mortars of varied consistencies.
Dispose of contents in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations. Avoid contaminating waterways and use appropriate PPE when handling waste.
Recycle container if possible. If the container cannot be recycled, dispose of it in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.
