Dulux Avista Colour Through Oxide is used for full depth colouring of ready mixed concrete. The oxide is packaged in a water soluble bag which can be added to the concrete mixer and mixed through the concrete prior to the pour.

Do not put the outer bag in the agitator. Once batching is complete, do not add additional water on site and do not exceed the design slump. Do not cover the surface with plastic as sweating may cause discolouration. Final colours may vary due to concrete mix variability, admixtures, fly ash, water ratios, application method, texture, job conditions, batches and curing rates. Coloured concrete must only be laid onto well drained consolidated areas.
Disperses easily in concrete. UV and alkali resistant. Wide range of colours. Packaged in a water soluble inner bag.
Use only in well drained consolidated areas. If intended for stamped impression concrete, a suitable colour hardener is recommended to be trowelled into the surface prior to stamping to help increase surface strength.
Add two thirds of the desired water content to the agitator. Add the water soluble inner bag(s) at the correct dosage rate, unopened. Mix at full mixing speed for a minimum of one minute, add dry ingredients and balance of water, then continue mixing at full speed for a minimum of 15 minutes once fully batched.
Dispose of contents in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations. Avoid contaminating waterways and use appropriate PPE when handling waste.
Recycle container if possible. If the container cannot be recycled, dispose of it in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.
