Touch Dry
Approximately 24 hours to harden
Cleaning materials
Medium bristled broom and/or hose. General purpose cleaner.
Application Tools
Long Bristled Brush
Application should be timed in relation to the set of concrete and free surface water. Uneven application can lead to wet spots and uneven colour pattern. Any Powdered Release Agent sticking to moulds must be constantly cleaned. Moulds left in the same position too long will cause water bleed. Excess Powdered Release Agent left on concrete can cause sealer delamination. Washing release agent down storm water drains may damage the environment.
Water resistant. Creates two-toned effect. Releases stamping mould from concrete surface.
After stamping is complete and concrete has been left for approximately 24 hours to harden, remove excess Release Agent using a medium bristled broom and/or hose. A general purpose cleaner should be used. Acid washing can aid removal after initial cleaning; allow 5 days after stamping before acid washing
Fluff up release agent using a mechanical drill and mixer. Apply by casting with a long bristled brush immediately in front of the area to be stamped. Do not trowel.
