Porter’s Matt Wall Sealer is a water based clear sealer for use with Porter’s Interno and Smooth Impasto. Matt Wall Sealer is a clear protective sealer that allows these matt decorative finishes able to resist marking and staining and makes them wipeable.

Do not apply in high humidity, below 10°c or above 30°c. Allow paints to cure for a minimum of 7 days before application. Over saturation whilst applying Matt Wall Sealer, or a substrate which is not completely dry, may cause white markings to appear on a surface. Avoid dribbles or runs as these will remain evident when dry. Test before use as a slight colour variation may occur.
Apply Porter’s Interno or Porter’s Smooth Impasto according to specification. Surface should be clean and dry. Allow Interno and Smooth Impasto to cure for a minimum of 7 days before application.
Do not apply paint if Relative Humidity is above 85% or temperature is within 3°C of Dew Point.
Do not apply if the surface temperature is greater than 30°C or below 10°C, or likely to fall below 10°C during the application or drying period.
Stir thoroughly prior to use. Apply two coats by brush in a random or ‘crow’s feet’ method, cutting in progressively. Important: Over-saturation whilst applying Matt Wall Sealer, or a substrate which is not completely dry, may cause whitish markings to appear on surface.
Avoid dribbles or runs as these will remain evident when dry.
Touch dry in 2 hours. Allow minimum 6 hours dry time between coats. Allow to dry 6 hours.
