Surface preparation
Previously painted surface

Previously painted surfaces: Thoroughly clean all surfaces free of loose dust, surface chalk, grease, mould, mildew, wax and loose or flaking paint. Wash with sugar soap. Treat mould contaminated areas with antimould. Rinse with clean water. Fill nail holes, imperfections and cracks with a suitable filler, sand and dust off. For use on paperfaced plasterboard and masonry. On bare set plaster, use 1 coat of DULUX Sealer Binder.

How to apply
Brush, Roller

Brush, roller, conventional and airless spray.
Stir contents thoroughly before and during use with a broad, flat stirrer using an upward lifting action.

Brush/Roller: Pre-wet brushes and roller with water prior to use. A short or medium nap roller will give most uniform appearance. Apply a full even coat and finish by light parallel strokes with a practically dry roller.

Airless/Conventional Spray

Conventional/Airless Spray: Suitable for application by all standard spray equipment.

How to dispose responsibly
Unused paint
Unused paint: Do not pour leftover paint down the drain. Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections. Empty paint containers: Leave empty paint containers open in a well-ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via steel can recycling programs. Disposal of empty paint containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities. Check with your local council first. Do not reuse container unless thoroughly decontaminated.
