Acratex® Contempo Advance® Fine is a modified acrylic 'bagging' product. It is a revolutionary new product featuring an anti-wet Advance formulation that inhibits moisture passage and dirt pick up. Acratex® Contempo Advance® is an extremely tough acrylic high build coatings, especially formulated to produce a customised granular texture, near flat, appearance very much like that of a bagged finish render in two coats.

All surfaces must be cured, clean, sound and free of all contaminants such as forms oils, release agents & mortar splashes. Surface imperfections misalignments & protrusions must be levelled, patched & completely flush to surrounding surfaces. Metal, tie wire etc on surface must be removed or treated against corrosion. If substrate is friable or powdery it needs to be primed with 501/2 Acraprime Solvent Based, to consolidate and unify the surfaces integrity. For maximum resistance to efflorescence the use of 501/2 Acraprime Solvent is recommended.
12mm nap roller & brush or sponge to finish.
Product should be tinted and thoroughly mixed before use.
Application is by nap roller and finished with a brush or sponge. A minimum of two coats are required.
Dulux Acratex recommends application of this product using a 12mm Premium Lambswool/Synthetic blend roller. Pre wetting the roller in water then spinning dry will aid application. Application onto large unbroken surfaces will require careful planning to maintain a wet edge and quality finish. Avoid hot windy conditions and working in full sun.
