Acratex® Roof Membrane Gloss is a high build, pigmented, water-based, 100% acrylic coating available in gloss finish. It is designed to be applied to suitably prepared concrete or metal roofs in need of restoration. It has been especially formulated to make it suitable for the collection of drinking water.

Note: As the surface area of a profiled roof is greater than an equivalent flat roof surface, additional material should be allowed for. Product should be thoroughly mixed before use.

The Roof Membrane system comprises of substrate cleaning and preparation, use of Dulux Acratex Prep Treat to kill all moss and algal and lichen, consolidating sealer, followed by 2 coats (minimum) of Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane Gloss.

Roof membrane application
Apply the first coat of Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane Gloss by airless spray in accordance with Roof Membrane Application Manual. Apply second coat of Dulux Acratex Roof Membrane Gloss in accordance with Roof Membrane specification.
