Intergrain UltraPrep™ Tannin & Oil Remover is a powerful, high strength remover. Specially formulated to quickly draw out tannins and oils from the surface of exterior timber. The high strength formula also lifts old or worn existing timber finishes.<br><br>Note: Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover is not a paint and varnish stripper, to remove sound coatings use a coatings stripper or sand off.

Wear waterproof gloves and safety glasses.
Avoid contact with painted, glass, concrete or metal surfaces and vegetation. Protect areas not to be cleaned.
May be corrosive to metals. Rinse off thoroughly if contact occurs.
You must always use UltraPrep Timber Cleaner after UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover.
Remove surface dirt by sweeping or washing down with water.
Shake Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover thoroughly.
Wet the timber surfaces to be cleaned with water.
Apply Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover undiluted to the timber with a stiff bristle brush. Spot cleaning should be avoided to prevent patchy results.
Note: Product is very slippery, take care when walking on treated surface.
Leave Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover on the timber for 10–15 minutes. If necessary, apply more product to keep timber damp throughout this period. Do not allow to dry on the surface.
Scrub the timber vigorously with a stiff broom. Do not use a wire brush.
Rinse off exterior surfaces thoroughly using maximum pressure from a garden hose or using a high pressure water cleaner. For best results, a high pressure water cleaner is recommended. Important: Failure to thoroughly remove Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover may result in timber discolouration under clear finishes.
If removing worn coatings and stubborn areas remain, sand or repeat application as per the instructions above.
Clean timber with Intergrain UltraPrep Timber Cleaner closely following label instructions.
Note: After cleaning with Intergrain UltraPrep Tannin & Oil Remover, some timber species will appear darker. Intergrain UltraPrep Timber Cleaner will restore brightness.
