Who can use the DuluxTRADE account?
The DuluxTRADE account is a great tool to have in the tool belt for business owners of a small paint, render or multi-trade business. You must be an existing DuluxTRADE customer with EITHER a 30 Day Credit account OR Cash account.
How do I join DuluxTRADE?
You can join online by simply completing the online application form OR head in to your nearest DuluxTRADE Centre, Paint Spot or Inspirations and ask one of our friendly staff members to join you up and start enjoying the benefits immediately.
The app won’t let me in. What should I do?
If you are an existing customer, please call the DuluxTRADE Account team who will be able to assist with your account details. The DuluxTRADE Account team can be contacted on 1300 555 169, 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday AEST.
Can I give access to my employees or subbies to download and use the app to purchase on my behalf?
Only the business owner can download and use the Dulux Trade Direct app. But, we’re always working on new features and enhancements and this is will be coming your way sometime in the future.
What products can I buy using the Dulux Trade Direct app?
Available in the app are all of the products a small paint, render or multi-trade business needs to get the job done. Select from an extensive range of paint, woodcare, Acratex and accessories.
What colours are available for tint selection in the Dulux Trade Direct app?
The full Dulux colour range is available for selection in the Dulux Trade Direct app.
My favourite store on the welcome screen is saying it is closed. Can I still order using the app?
Yes, definitely! You can order from the app anytime and from anywhere and your order will be ready for collection or delivery on the next business day. The store will let you know when it’s ready or out for delivery.
What options are there in the Dulux Trade Direct app for receiving my order?
You can choose to have your order delivered or if you’d prefer you can head into your nominated store that has stock to pick up your order. All delivery orders over $150 are free!
How do I pay for my order – cash or credit?
DuluxTRADE welcomes cash and credit payments. Customers can pay for their orders with cash, credit or debit card. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.

Can I see my past orders placed using the Dulux Trade Direct app?
At the moment you can’t but we’ve heard you and we’ve listened… order history is on its way. Look out for it in the near future. You will also have access to orders placed in-store so tax time will now be a breeze!
Something went wrong in the Dulux Trade Direct app. How do I get help?
Head into your nearest store where our friendly staff might be able to assist with the issue or help escalate it to our support teams.
Why can’t I select my preferred store to collect my order from?
On some occasions your preferred store may not range one of the products you are after or they may be out of stock. If this is the case, the app will recommend the next two closest stores for pick up. You can always try calling the store via the app to seek their advise on your order.
I have a special tint request. How can I let the store know?
You can use the Store or Delivery instructions fields in the checkout to advise the store of any special or customer tint requests for your order.
I need to specify a time for collection or delivery. How do I let the store know?
You can use the Store or Delivery instructions fields in the checkout to advise the store of any collection or delivery time requirements.
What do I do if the order I received is incorrect or not to spec?
Contact your nearest store in the case of a delivery or the store from which you collected it from to let them know. They will discuss next steps with you.
