What is DuluxTRADE Rewards?
DuluxTRADE Rewards is the loyalty program designed to reward trade customers with points, benefits, and exclusive offers. Your membership in DuluxTRADE Rewards refers to your personal participation in the program. As a member, you receive member pricing, you can earn and redeem points, access special offers, and manage your rewards through the DuluxTRADE Rewards app or the DuluxTRADE website.
Who can join the Rewards program?
Anyone with a valid DuluxTRADE account can join DuluxTRADE Rewards. Cash account holders with a valid ABN are also eligible to participate.
How do I sign up?
Please sign up here or visit www.duluxtrade.com.au/services/rewards/sign-up and fill in the registration form or talk to your trade representative.
Is there a cost to join?
The program is free to join and is available to anyone with a valid DuluxTRADE account.
How do I access my Rewards account?
DuluxTRADE Rewards can be accessed anytime, anywhere via the DuluxTRADE app or website on any device to check your points balance, redeem rewards and manage your account

How do I earn Rewards points?
Purchase any of these eligible products to earn points:
Paint: All Dulux, Porter's, and Berger paint.
Concrete flooring and waterproofing products: Dulux Avista sealers and flooring, and EMER.
Dulux Protective Coatings: Steel and concrete coatings – primers, intermediates, topcoats, thinners, cleaners and speciality.
Dulux Acratex: Texture, topcoats, roofing including coatings, materials, tools and fittings, specialty finishes, Dulux Venetian™ Plaster and microcement.
Woodcare: Intergrain, Feast Watson and Cabot’s.
Tools and accessories: Tools, accessories, equipment, spray machines and accessories, preparation material, ladders and workwear.
Services: Spray service and Colour Design Service.
How are points credited to my account?
DuluxTRADE Rewards points and bonus points are credited to a customer’s Rewards account within 48 hours of purchase.
How can I check my points balance?
Points balance can be reviewed 24 hours / 7 days a week through the DuluxTRADE Rewards website or DuluxTRADE app. Navigate to DuluxTRADErewards.com and login to your member account to view current points balance, transaction history will show the last 12 months only
Do Rewards points expire?
Points automatically expire after 2 years on a rolling monthly basis. DuluxTRADEGroup will not be held liable for expired points. Suspended accounts will forfeit any unused expiring points in the DuluxTRADE Rewards program during the suspension period.
How can I use my points to make a purchase in-store or online?
You can now use your DuluxTRADE Rewards points to pay for purchases both online and in-store. Select the option to redeem points at checkout. You’ll need to use the points balance available at the time of the transaction.
Can I use points to reduce my account balance?
Yes, you can use your DuluxTRADE Rewards points to pay off your account balance. A minimum of 2,000 points is required to redeem towards your account. The points used must be available in your balance at the time of redemption.
Can I transfer or give my rewards to someone else?
You cannot transfer your points to another member.
Can I use loyalty discounts with other promotional offers?
Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions on the same item. DuluxTRADE will automatically apply the most beneficial discount to eligible purchases.
What happens to my points if my DuluxTRADE account is closed?
Should a member choose to close a DuluxTRADE account, the Rewards account will close the same day and any unredeemed points will be forfeited. Cancelled accounts will forfeit any unused points in the DuluxTRADE Rewards program. DuluxTRADE Rewards will be suspended during the suspension of an account and reinstated when the suspended account is reinstated.
How do I download an gift card?
Access your member portal within your DuluxTRADE online account, navigate to the redemptions section and click on gift cards. From there you can select and download your chosen eGift card.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Access your member portal in your DuluxTRADE online account and your member dashboard will include all this information.
What has happened to my current points?
All existing points from your previous DuluxTRADE Rewards account have been securely moved over to the new program. You can view your current points balance by logging into your member portal.
