About this event:
Welcome to the Dulux Acratex Venetian Plaster Training Course. Over two days, you’ll immerse yourself in the art of Venetian plastering. You will gain insight into its history and learn how to prepare substrates and apply finishes with hands-on guidance; ensuring you leave with the confidence to create stunning results.
On the day you will learn:
The historical context of Venetian Plaster
How to prepare substrates and select products
Practical application of plaster and decorative finishes
Maintenance and sealing for long-lasting quality
Training Details:
Duration: Two days (from 8:30am to 3:30pm)
Format: In-person with practical workshops
Cost: $1,600 + GST (includes materials, sample boards, catering and tool kit to take home)
Difficultly: Intermediate

Do I need to have any experience to do this course?
No, everyone is welcome to join our training courses. Prior experience with a trowel can be beneficial, but it is not a requirement.
What do I wear on the day?
Long pants and safety boots are mandatory. During the training, you will be provided with protective Latex gloves, dust masks, and safety glasses.
How many attendees may there be in this training course?
We can allow a maximum of 12 attendees including the trainer. This will allow us to step you through each single process, one by one.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
No, all tools and equipment will be provided to you on the day of training.
